Here reclaimed plywood sheets have been used as base, sanded slats of pallets have then been put over the plywood base and have been fixed in place using nails over! First add the borders and middle boards then you can fill the remaining space by patterned filling of pallet slats, normal straight filling will also rock! Finish the doors by adding final decorative boards! Get both sides of the door done in the same way!
Get a piece of plywood, should have a size equal to size of the door, it will be the whole base of the door!
Now use the finally selected and resized planks of pallets to install the border, can simply be nailed over the plywood!
Add middle boards and then fill the doors solid using extra pallet wood mostly in shape of single straight pallet lengths!
Fill the entire door solid, or we can say that fill the whole plywood base with slats of pallets!
Complete also the other side of the door in the same way and just add the cross decorative boards to finish the doors!
Here are the beautiful wooden and finally finished wooden door, both can be used individually as room doors or in a combined way for a double-door gate to any of your living area! Install the hardware to get the doors ready to use!
